Raymond David Russell

Raymond D. Russell, 73, of Fond du Lac died Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at his home. He was born on June 9, 1942 in Fond du Lac the son of the late David and Ruth Pfeiffer Russell. Ray worked for the Green Giant Canning Company and Rogersville Cheese Factory. He later worked in food service at Petri’s Restaurant, Schreiner’s Restaurant and the Retlaw Hotel before retiring.

He is survived by his brothers Robert J. Russell of Nevada and John R. (Violet) Russell of Rosendale, his sister-in-law Donna Russell of Jefferson, Robert's children: Robert D. Russell of Jefferson and Candace Russell of North Carolina, John and Vi's Children: Jennifer (Steven) Strohmeyer of Newburg and their sons Joshua and Jacob, Heather Russell of Feedom and her son Michael, Ryan Russell of Pipe and Amanda (Luis) Lopez of Milwaukee, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Ray’s life will be held at a later date.
