Nathalie Marie Krueger

Nathalie Marie Krueger, 100, of Fond du Lac went to her heavenly home on Friday, May 27, 2016 at the Woodlands in Fond du Lac. She was born on June 11, 1915 in Rosendale, the daughter of the late William and Grace Clark Dodd. On July 13, 1973, Nathalie married Howard Krueger at Church of Peace in Fond du Lac. Howard preceded her in death on Sept.14, 1984. She worked at Mercury Marine and a number of other jobs before retiring. She was a member of Presentation Catholic Church in North Fond du Lac. Nathalie loved the Rosary and said many prayers for her family and friends. She greatly enjoyed visiting with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and her many friends.

Survivors include, her daughters Barbara (Tom) Conroy of Fond du Lac, Eileen Steffen of Fond du Lac, Mary Lou (Harvin) Miller of Oshkosh and Sharon Morris of Fond du Lac, her daughter-in-law Noel Buetow of Fond du Lac, her step children Richard (Patty) Krueger of Fond du Lac and Georgiann (Darwin) Vandezande of Waupun, 32 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren, 25 great great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

Along with her husband Howard, Nathalie was preceded in death by her sons Kenneth and William Buetow, her daughters Grace Shafer and Jeanette Hill, her sons-in-law Chuck Shafer, Dennis Steffen, Tom Hill, Robert Schwartz and Richard Morris, her sisters Virginia Buetow and Dorothy Thomas and 2 grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wed. June 1st at 11:00 AM at Presentation Catholic Church, 705 Michigan Ave, North Fond du Lac. Rev. Joseph Dominic will officiate.

Visitation will be Wed. June 1st from 8:30 AM until time of Mass at the Church. Cremation will follow and burial of Nathalie’s cremains will be in Calvary Cemetery, Fond du Lac at a later date.

The family extends a special thank you to the nurses and staff of the Woodlands and Agnesian Hospice Hope for the compassion and care of Nathalie in her final years.
