James Jay Vandekolk

James J. VandeKolk, 52, of Fond du Lac died at the Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac on Tuesday, July 12, 2016. He was born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin on November 20, 1963 the son of Robert H. and Hazel Ann Marshall VandeKolk. He enjoyed watching sports especially the Brewers and Packers and listening to Classic Rock.

Survivors include his two sons: Corey J. and Joey of North Fond du Lac, five brothers: Edward (Jane) of North Fond du Lac, Ervin, Steve, Daniel and Michael all of Fond du Lac, special friend Carol Thiede-Thorpe of Fond du Lac, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. James was preceded in death by his parents and paternal and maternal grandparents.

A Time of Gathering will be Sunday, July 17th from 1:00 PM until 3PM at Twohig Funeral Home, 305 Fond du Lac Ave., Fond du Lac. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
