Lois Marie Ramthun

Lois Marie Ramthun, 84, of Waupun passed away peacefully Monday, September 19, 2016 at Golden Living Rehabilitation Center in Randolph. She was born on July 13, 1932 in Elgin, IL, the daughter of the late William and Ella (Baumann) Heiden. Lois worked as a secretary in the bookkeeping division for the State of Illinois until retirement.  Lois was married to Orville J. Ramthun for the past 29 years.  They enjoyed traveling, visiting all the continental United States except for the state of Maine.  Lois and Orville took great pride in their home in Waupun, doing a great deal of remodeling mostly with their own labors.

Lois is survived by her husband Orville, her children, her step-children, her great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

A family service will be held Thursday, September 22nd at 11:00 AM at Twohig Funeral Home, 109 West Main Street, Campbellsport, Wisconsin.  Chaplain Carrie Slager will officiate and inurnment will be in Union Cemetery, Campbellsport at a later date.  Online condolences and guestbook are available at www.twohigfunerals.com.
