Robert “Bob” Johnson, 88, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Ivy Manor in Campbellsport. He was born on September 3, 1928 in the Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, the son of Henry and Estella (Klotz) Johnson. On December 17, 1960 Bob married Dorothy (Schultz) Strean at the Lutheran Parsonage in Campbellsport. They operated the Everglades Supper Club in New Prospect for 20 years before retiring. After retiring, Bob enjoyed driving cars for EVS in Lomira for 15 years. Bob was a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church in Campbellsport.

Survivors include his son Kevin (Tracy) Johnson and their children Garret, Dylan and Kenzie, a stepdaughter Sharon (Wesley) Searl of Fond du Lac and stepdaughter-in-law Carol Strean, other relatives and friends.

Bob was preceded in death his wife Dorothy on Oct. 26, 2010, his son Robert “Bobby”, stepson Duane Strean, his parents Henry and Estella Johnson, and all his brothers and sisters brothers Tom, Dick, George, Jim, Gladys, Dorothy, Irene and Jenny.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 5th at 11:00 AM at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum in Ledgeview Memorial Park, N6250 County Trunk K Fond du Lac. Rev. Mark Jones will officiate and entombment will follow. There will be no formal visitation but all are welcome to the service.
