Philip M. Gravelle, 74, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton with his family at his side after a 15 month battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born on April 20, 1942, the son of the late Arthur and Rosetta Gravelle. He graduated in 1960 from Goodrich High School. After high school, he attended Woodbury University in California and then was an interior designer for many years in the Los Angeles, California area. He later resided in Appleton.
Phil is survived his brothers Arthur (Carole) Gravelle of Naperville, Il, Ronald (Sharon) Gravelle of Fond du Lac and James (Ann) Gravelle of Malone and special friend James Domro of Appleton. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews who were all very special to him and they loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother George.
He was loved by all who met him and he helped many people throughout his life and touched many hearts. At Phil’s request there will be no formal services.
He will be missed dearly by his family and many many friends.
