June Esther Glatzel

June E. Glatzel, 89, of Campbellsport passed away peacefully on Friday, December 22, 2017 at Ivy Manor in Campbellsport.  She was born in Marinette on June 28, 1928, the daughter of the late William and Hulda (Anderson) Christenson.   On September 29, 1956, June married Gordon T. Glatzel in Milwaukee.  June enjoyed the outdoors and gardening especially her flowers.

Survivors include her husband Gordon, sons Michael (Sam) of Waukesha, Mark (Cheryl) of Milwaukee and Ben (Elaine) of Grafton, grandchildren Douglas (Valerie), Alyssa (Joel) Schwartz, Kristen, Margaret, Andrew, Colleen, Elias, Lydia, great grandchildren Nathan Schwartz and Marshall, brothers Russell and Robert (JoAnne) Christenson, sister Arlene Rotering, brother-in-law John Bailey, sisters-in-law Mabel Christenson and Joan Sylvester, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

June was preceded in death by her great granddaughter Cecelia June Schwartz, siblings Morris (Rosemary), Earl, Dorothy (Charles) Gleason, Helen (Arnold) Zimmerman, Alice Bailey, Laura Marie, Doris (Vernon) Richardson, Mary (John) Oberle and Clayton and brothers-in-law Henry Rotering and Stanley Sylvester.

The family wishes to thank the caregivers of Agnesian Hospice and Ivy Manor, Campbellsport for the care and support they gave June the past six months.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 350 S. Helena St, Campbellsport.  Rev.
