Robert Leroy Lick

Robert L. Lick, 80, of Fond du Lac, passed away peacefully at the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home on Monday, February 26, 2018. He was born in Chicago, IL, on December 21, 1937, the son of Adolph and Maria (Zerbian) Lick. Bobby's family later moved to Marblehead Wi. where he grew up. He worked his entire life in the stone business. He was an avid sports fan and his favorite teams were the Chicago Bears and the Wisconsin Badgers. In his earlier years, Bobby enjoyed hunting and fishing. He always told great stories and jokes and enjoyed gambling trips with his sister, Betty and sister-in-law Dolores. After the death of his brother, Dallas, Bobby became the legal guardian and raised Dallas's children; Shawn, Jennifer and April Lick.

Bob is survived by his brother-in-law Alonzo Hernandez and many nieces nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers and 5 sisters.

A funeral service will be held at the Twohig Funeral Home, 305 Fond du Lac Ave. Fond du lac on Saturday, March 3rd at 4:00 PM and cremation will follow with inurnment in Rienzi Cemetery at a later date.

Family will greet friends and relatives from 2:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home.
