Beverly is the beloved mother of and survived by Kenneth W (late wife Jeanne) Bohn, Kathleen (Bill) Watson, Karen (late husband Terry) Dibb and Kurt (Ann Schwarz) Bohn.

Beverly and her late husband Kenneth were extremely hard-working Christian, generous people who placed family and hard work before all else; and instilled work ethic and family values in their children, family and way of life. Unfortunately, due to a tragic work involved accident, Beverly lost her husband when she was only 34 years old, having to continue raising and supporting their four children from 4 years of age to 15 years of age on her own while working in a Milwaukee factory. Her extremely strong love for her children and her strong work ethic permitted her to continue on doing an excellent job as a widowed lone parent.

Beverly began her work life outside the home with Cutler-Hammer Corporation, continuing on with Singer Corporation, which was bought out by Eaton Corporation before her ultimate – working the extremely tough work of factory piece work her entire work life.

Being an extremely excellent cook with the ability to cook for small numbers of a family to large groups such as weddings, Beverly catered many parties and weddings throughout her life, with people wondering why she did not open her own business because her food was so good with hams, turkeys, roast beefs, various casseroles, shrimp salads, tuna salads, potato salads, chili, and so many more things out of this world.

And one thing we will all miss is her famous afghan blankets and other such items she made with love and care. Many of us have them locked and guarded, because you just can not get them like she made anymore.

Everyone who knows or knew Beverly will carry their very own special memories of her because of the special angel this lady was to them. She had her special love for everyone she knew and met.

Beverly never remarried after her husband Kenneth C.H. Bohn’s April 6, 1965 untimely death – and as she grew ready to be called home by God Our Father, she held photos of her and her husband and made it very clear she was ready and wanted to re-united with her husband and in God’s heavenly home to rejoice and rest in peace.

Funeral services will be held on Sat. Nov. 3rd in the Chapel of the Chimes at 2:30 pm at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 W. Capital Dr. Brookfield. Visitation will be from 1:30 pm until time of services at the chapel.

A special thank you to the nurses and staff of the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home and Marquardt Hospice.
